LEGAL NOTICE — HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION The Lincoln Historic District Commission will hold a virtual online public hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. to consider an Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for 3 Bedford Road, Lincoln Public Library to display a temporary public art nighttime video projection, featuring a flowers and portraits of Lincoln residents on the exterior of the building. Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present at the designated time and place.
