LEGAL NOTICE — HISTORICAL COMMISSION The Lincoln Historical Commission will hold a virtual online public hearing on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the application of Shergul Arshad and Sophie Dixon of 91 Tower Road for an application to determine the significance of an existing building or structure. Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present at the designated time and place.
