LEGAL NOTICE — ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Zoning Board of the Appeals of the Town of Lincoln will hold a virtual online public hearing Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to hear and to act on the following petitions under the Zoning Bylaws:

New:

• Claudio Sousa, 148 South Great Road, M/P 160-48-0 for a special permit to remove an existing deck and construct an enclosed addition of the same size.
• Brian Morgan, 59 Conant Road, M/P 151-5-0 for a special permit to allow an accessory apartment in a detached structure.

Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present at the designated time and place.
