Legal notice: Conservation Commission – July 29 hearing (219 Concord)

PUBLIC HEARING — CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Lincoln Conservation Commission (LCC) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 7:05PM in accordance with the MA Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Lincoln Wetlands Protection Bylaw. This is in response to the duly filed Notice of Intent by Michael Sheahan for replacement of a septic system within the 100-ft Buffer Zone and Riverfront Area at 219 Concord Road (Parcel 173-57-0). Information on how to log onto the virtual public meeting will be included in the LCC Agenda posted on the town’s website at least 48 hours prior to the hearing. More information can be reviewed here.
