The lease you can do (Lincoln through the Lens)

    Years ago, consultants paid for by the town warned us the town was too small to support much business and that we could not support enough new housing to change the dynamic.
    Perhaps what we see is that reality.
    Let’s focus on the Mall think out of the box.
