I am saddened to hear of Avram’s passing. It was a pleasure to know and work with Avram at the Sperry Rand Research Center. He was a great model for a neophyte engineer.

Avram and I passed many hours of conversation regarding Lincoln Woods Finances and approaches to providing low, moderate and market housing to Lincoln residents. While we often started out from different points of view, it was never too difficult to reach a middle ground that was practical, effective and efficient. His smile and good humor were often an element of reaching our final “hand shake”.
