Concord & Concord-Carlisle SEPAC, along with Lincoln SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council), presents “Literacy Liberates” on Thursday, March 6 at 6:30pm at Concord-Carlisle High School. Kareem Weaver, an advocate for literacy as a civil right, will be the keynote speaker. He will be joined by panelists Milly Arbaje-Thomas (CEO of METCO), Eavan Miles Mason (CEO of KidCenterED), and Katherine Tarca, Director of Humanities & Literacy for the Mass.
