First Parish fall retreat

An afternoon of spiritual grounding and creative expression as we deepen into the fall season through yoga (with local yoga teacher and FPL member Liz Elliott), followed by an introductory workshop in the creative mindfulness practice of SoulCollage led by Isabel Phillips.
