January 8
Town Hall (10:30 p.m.) — Caller reported that a recreational vehicle was parked at town hall. Officers checked on the party, who had planned on sleeping there. Officers suggested the rest area on Rte. 128 and gave directions.
January 9
Hartwell Lot, North Great Road (6:56 p.m.) — Officer checked on two vehicles parked in the lot. Vehicles were on their way.
North Great Road (7:10 p.m.) — Party flagged down an officer looking for assistance with directions.
Cambridge Turnpike westbound — Officer checking on a state trooper who was stopped with a disabled vehicle on Rte. 2. Officer transported the owner to Crosby’s Mobil to make arrangements for a ride home.
January 10
Emerson Hospital (12:21 a.m.) — Concord police requested assistance with a possible unruly party at the hospital. Officer arrived on scene and everything was calm.
Paul Revere Lot, North Great Road (9:10 a.m.) — Caller reported that a party in his vehicle was hassling people. Officers responded and spoke to the party, who was waiting to meet friends to go on the trails. No issue found.
The Commons (3:43 p.m.) — The manager reported finding what appears to be drugs near the dumpster. Officer responded and took possession of the package to be properly disposed of.
Barretts Mill Road, Concord — Fire Department assisting Concord firefighters with a report of a dryer fire at the Northeast Correctional Facility.
January 12
Stonehedge Road (5:20 a.m.) — A car hit a utility pole and the driver left the scene. the driver was found to be a juvenile and was issued a court summons for driving without a license and leaving the scene of a crash. No injuries.
Huckleberry Hill (4:51 p.m.) — Council on Aging requested a well-being check at the house after they couldn’t get in touch with the resident. Officer spoke to the party, who will contact the COA.
January 13
Bedford Road (3:35 p.m.) — Officer reported a possible water main break. Water Department was notified to handle.
South Great Road (7:29 a.m.) — Robert McCart, 58, of Lincoln was arrested after being stopped for an outstanding warrant for larceny over $1,200. He was brought to Concord District Court.
Bedford Road (9:46am.) — Officers assisted the Water Department with the water main break.
Bedford Road (2:27 p.m.) — A party requested a well-being check on a resident they couldn’t get in touch with. Contact was made with the resident and everything was OK.
January 14
Lincoln Road (8:27 a.m.) — Caller reported that parked vehicles were causing a traffic hazard. Officer found that trucks were waiting to make a delivery at the school complex.
Baker Bridge Road (4:00 p.m.) — Caller reported a female walking who appeared to be very cold and lost. Officer located the party, who was making her way back to Concord, and the officer drove her to her destination.
January 15
Lincoln School (1:30 p.m.) — Staff reported graffiti at the school complex.
Trapelo Road (3:12 p.m.) — Caller reported seeing kids on the ice at the reservoir. Officers responded; the kids were on the Waltham side and Waltham police were on the scene handling the matter.
January 16
Concord Road (3:49 a.m.) — A lost person called 911 looking for directions to Marlborough. Assistance provided.
January 17
Nothing of note.
Also in the log this week: training exercises on January 18–20 at the police station relating to the new police reform bill as well as de-escalation situational training.
January 18
Hanscom Vandenberg Gate (7:24 a.m.) — Hanscom Security Forces reported that Kevin Donovan, 56, of Quincy was attempting to get onto the base but had a warrant out of Boston Municipal Court for breaking and entering. He was arrested and transported back to the station for booking and later brought to Concord District Court.
Liberty Lane (9:35 a.m.) — A party came to the station reporting that someone had opened up a Verizon account in their name.
Codman Community Farms (11:46 a.m.) — A party called to report that someone was at the farm not wearing their mask. An officer responded and spoke to staff, who reported it was a dispute between two parties over wearing a mask. The involved party left prior to the officer’s arrival.
January 19
Wells Road (12:49 p.m.) — Caller asked to speak to an officer regarding a family issue, requesting a well-being check on a family member who was then in Watertown. Officer spoke to the party in Watertown and all is fine.
Codman House (9:52 p.m.) — Officer checked on a vehicle parked in the lot. The two people inside the car were sent on their way.
January 20

January 21
Hanscom Vandenberg Gate (10:43 a.m.) — Hanscom Security Forces called regarding a party at the gate with a warrant. the party contacted Haverhill District Court to make arrangements to remove the traffic warrant.
Codman Road (5:07 p.m.) — Caller reported hitting a deer on Codman Road. Officers pulled the deer off to the side of the road and notified the DPW.
Lincoln Road (6:12 p.m.) — A wallet was turned into the station. An officer returned it to the owner.
January 22
South Great Road (10:43 a.m.) — Caller reported that a truck pulled into their driveway, turned around and left heading west on Rte. 117. Officer found the vehicle; the party was making a delivery and initially went to the wrong house. The caller was advised of this.
Lexington Road (5:16 p.m.) — Caller reported being locked inside a building due to a door malfunction. An officer responded and opened the door from the outside.
South Great Road (9:49 p.m.) — Weston police called looking for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash in their town. Officers checked the area but found nothing.
January 23
38 Cochituate Rd, Wayland (7 a.m.) — Lincoln officers covered Wayland police services so Wayland police could attend the funeral of an active police officer who passed away suddenly.
January 24
Sandy Pond Road (2:45 p.m.) — Caller reported multiple people on the ice at Flint’s Pond. Officers responded but they were gone on arrival.
Bedford Road (4:07 p.m.) — Caller reported their basement was full of smoke due to wood burning stove. Fire and police units responded. Caller reported he fixed the problem prior to their arrival.
Weston Road (4:40 p.m.) — Officer stopped a bicyclist for running the stop sign at the Five Corners intersection. Verbal warning given.
January 25
Kettlehole Drive (8:31 a.m.) — Maintenance worker reported damage was done to a faucet sometime over the weekend.
Lincoln North office building (4:35 p.m.) — Caller reported three teens skateboarding on the property. Officer responded and spoke to the parties involved.
January 26
Codman Road (12:33 p.m.) — Noe Barrios, 35, of Waltham was stopped on Codman Road. He was subsequently arrested for an outstanding traffic warrant out of the Concord District Court.
Bedford Street, Concord — Officer assigned to the wake services of retired Lincoln Sgt. Michael McHugh in Concord.
Mt. Misery parking lot (7:19 p.m.) — Caller reported giving a person directions to Mt. Misery who was lost on the trails earlier in the day and wants to make sure that no one is lost on the trails. Officer checked Mt. Misery parking lot and overflow lots; no vehicles were present.
January 27
Codman Community Farms (1:54 a.m.) — Officer checked on a car in the parking lot. The party stated they were getting eggs; everything OK.
South Great Road (5:22 a.m.) — Weston police reported that a deer was hit by a car somewhere on Rte. 117. Officers reported that the deer ran off into the woods between Lincoln Road and Rte. 126.
January 28
Cambridge Turnpike westbound (8:36 a.m.) — Report of a vehicle crash being investigated by state police. One person transported to Emerson Hospital by the Fire Department.
Lewis Street (7:01 p.m.) — Officers assisted a homeowner with a raccoon in the house.

January 29
Cambridge Turnpike westbound (12:50 a.m.) — Officer reported a vehicle off the road near Rte. 128 in Lexington. State police responded to handle.
Tower Road (9:30 a.m.) — Caller reported an unknown person was walking around their property. Officer responded and spoke to the party, who was working for a tree crew and was at the wrong house. The worker confirmed the correct location with his boss. Officer clear.
Linway Road (10:14 a.m.) — Caller reported a coyote in their back yard acting odd. Animal Control was called and contacted the reporting party.
January 30
Hanscom Vandenberg Gate (12:34 p.m.) — Fire Department responded after MassPort control tower reporting a plane land with flap problem about to land. Tower called back to say plane had landed safely.
Wheeler Road (2:21 p.m.) — Caller reported hitting a deer which ran off; minor damage to the vehicle.
Mt. Misery parking lot (3:53 p.m.) — Complaint of cars parked along Rte. 117. Officers responded and the cars were moved by their owners.
The Commons of Lincoln (8:57 p.m.) — A “no trespassing” order was given to a person.
January 31
Deaconess Road, Concord (10:22 a.m.) — Concord Fire Department requested Lincoln’s ladder truck to respond for fire alarm, but the request was later canceled.
Mt. Misery parking lot (4:00 p.m.) — Complaint of vehicles parked along Rte. 117 near Mt. Misery. Officers were able to have the owners remove the vehicles.
Mt. Misery parking lot (4:17 p.m.) — A vehicle was parked in a way that prevented other vehicles from being able to leave. Vehicles were moved by their owners.
Old Concord Road (4:29 p.m. and 4:37 p.m.) — Officer responded to complaints of two vehicles parked in no-parking zone; then checked on vehicle parked partially on the roadway on Rte. 126 near The Food Project.
February 1
Emerson Hospital, Concord — Concord Fire Department requested Lincoln’s ladder truck to respond for fire alarm, but the request was later canceled.
Baker Farm Road (9:27 p.m.) — Employee reported that her credit card was compromised. She was advised to contact her local police department as the alleged crime did not occur in Lincoln.
February 2
Lexington Road (11:34 a.m.) — Caller reported that a plow truck damaged her property. Officer was able to track down the plow driver; his information was given to the caller, who will contact him.
South Great Road (4:07 p.m.) — Council on Aging requested a well-being check on a party that they couldn’t get in touch with. Officer spoke to the party and everything was fine.
Vandenberg Drive, Hanscom Air Force Base (5:30 p.m.) — Report of juveniles who got into a physical confrontation after a snowball fight. Officers spoke to all parties involved as well as their parents. No charges will be filed.
Cambridge Turnpike eastbound (8:50 p.m.) — Report of a two-car crash at Bedford Road. State police handling the crash report; no injuries.
February 3
South Great Road (2:15 a.m.) “Keep Right” sign knocked over. DPW notified.
Oak Knoll Road (two different addresses, 9:24 a.m. and 10:58 a.m.) — Callers reported their package was stolen in late January and said they believe they know who is responsible. Officer spoke to the callers and followed up with the juvenile involved as well as the parents.
Fox Run Road (10:50 a.m.) — Caller reported his identity was stolen. Report taken, investigation ongoing.
Old Town Hall Exchange (11:33 a.m.) — Caller reported locking himself out of the building. Fire Department responded and assisted the party.
February 4
Hawk Hill Road (8:52 a.m.) — Caller reported an injured turkey in the area. Animal Control was contacted to follow up with the caller.
Birchwood Lane (12:22 p.m.) — Caller reported being scammed. Officer called the party back but was initially unable to contact. The next day, the caller reported that their email may have been hacked (no financial loss). Officer spoke to the party on what steps needed to be taken
February 5
Lincoln School (1:50 a.m.) — Officer checked on a party in a vehicle on school grounds. Party was a construction employee.
Wells Road (2:03 a.m.) — Framingham police called requesting a officer to check on a Lincoln party who was possibly a victim of an incident in their city. Officers spoke to the party, who followed up with Framingham police.
Conant Road (2:49 p.m.) — Caller requested a check on a party who may be injured inside the home after being on the phone with the person. Police and Fire Department responded. All was fine at the residence; no services needed.
Greenridge Lane (5:34 p.m.) — Caller complained about solicitors who came to their door although they had a “Do Not Solicit” sign posted on their property.
Lincoln Road (10:32 p.m.) — Caller reported hearing someone yelling near Donelan’s. Officer checked on a vehicle with juveniles. The vehicle owner of vehicle was contacted to drive the vehicle due to a junior operator restriction.
