Because of the snow, the Lincoln Public Library will close at 2 p.m. today. The Kids Cartoon Workshop has been rescheduled for Thursday, February 20 at 2 p.m. Kids ages 7-12 can learn to create their own characters during this hands-on workshop with comic artists Andy and Veronica Fish.
